When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday, orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date and time. On weekends or holidays, they are managed the next business day.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during sales and promotion periods.

How long will it take to receive my order and what will it cost?

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (EXCEPT ISLANDS): The shipping cost is €4.99 and free for purchases over €29. A 24-48 hour shipping service will be used.

BALEARIC ISLANDS AND CANARY ISLANDS: The shipping cost is €9.99 and free for purchases over €59. A 48-72 hour shipping service will be used.

FRANCE, GERMANY, BELGIUM, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, AUSTRIA, DENMARK, SLOVAKIA, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, SWITZERLAND AND UNITED KINGDOM (EXCEPT ISLANDS): The shipping cost is €12.99 and free for purchases over €79. A 3-5 day shipping service will be used.

Shipments will be made with the transport company NACEX or GLS. Deliveries are always made on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00.

What if the delivery address is wrong?

Please check your address when placing your order to ensure that the information is correct and complete. We won’t be able to change the shipping address if the order is already in progress. if this is the case, it would create an additional shipping cost. Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force, but exclude shipping costs that will vary depending on the number of products purchased and the country where the delivery is made.

There may be import taxes and related customs fees once your order reaches its final destination and this is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
