REFUND AND RETURNS
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Various types of products are exempt from being returned. Products such as a gift card, makeup remover pad, brush, spatula or body sponge cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if we can process your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 15 business days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund transaction is completed.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or incorrect products:
We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged within a period of 24 hours from the receipt of the shipment, contact us through email@example.com to resolve this issue. If we need you to return this product, it will be at no cost to the customer.
If at the time of receiving your order, the product received is different from the one initially purchased, the change will be managed without charges for the customer.
We do not accept exchanges or returns that have not been previously communicated and agreed.
